About Us

‘Kind and Green’ is a licensed vegetarian food workshop dedicated to two core goals: (1) empowering grassroots women through job opportunities and ongoing training in compassion, non-violence, environmental care, respect for all life, and mental well-being; and (2) promoting the social value of the ‘Learning Together Kitchen.’

Instead of creating ‘meat substitutes,’ ‘Kind and Green’ focuses on crafting vegan dishes with familiar, comforting flavors. The ‘Do It Together’ Kitchen operates on a traditional mentorship model, where seasoned chefs regularly guide students in hands-on learning. This fosters skill development, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative DIT (Do It Together) culture, encouraging innovation, skill enhancement, and a positive mindset among teachers and students alike.
